Do you like people?

"I hate people" has been a mantra of mine. Could this be one of the only places I could say that where it would be marginally acceptable? In truth though, I am not sure I hate people so much as I hate being a member of the human race, or I hate the way i feel around people so I end up feeling I hate people.

Heh. Society often annoys me, specially Western consumerist culture, but I don't really dislike any individual. Because really everyone has their reasons for doing things, based on their environment/conditioning/etc. And not everyone will get on. Of course I have pangs of dislike with what someone says/does or whatever, but it's not really the whole person I'm seeing there. I think if I'm disliking someone I'm being pretty naive.
