Do you care of your physical appearance?

Since I started medication I have gone to the dogs. Stacked on some kilos. My first run was this morning.

Yes and no.

I want to be attractive, but feel I'm not. I work out but not to be a 'hot bod'.. more so I keep a certain level of strength.
Due to my bodybuilding years, I find I physically look ok for the level of activity I do.
