I like getting out. I think my shyness taught me to love the natural world more. It has a quiet beauty that brings me peace.

I myself am a wealth of useless information.Wanna know who was speaker of the house in 1991? Tom Foley. Did you need or want to know that? No, no you didn't.

hear, hear bearers of useless information assemble and all shall cower before our infinite boredom, or rather theirs.

I already had the seeds of my interests/talents from an early age. I think they went along with having Aspergers (very good with memorising lists, working with numbers & forumlae (maths), methodical, perfectionistic, etc). SA/AvPD/etc simply allowed me to develop them & my skills at doing them.
And of course my SA/etc has led to many many years of not working, which has also meant i have had the opportunity to delve into other/new things that i have developed an interest in.
But i've only really became "expert" at those things which involve my inate talents, whether i formed an interest early on in life, or just recently.

I have a decent archive of assorted concepts and factoids to draw from, but, thanks to isolation and having nobody to share ideas with, these blips of knowledge lack cohesion and are difficult to communicate in any sort of useful fashion.
