I like to think we've come a long way since those days too...
kids/people who are 'different' can teach other people A LOT - eg 'special needs' kids can be VERY LOVING and honest etc.
people who have had a troubled past can be way more UNDERSTANDING and helpful/caring to others with similar or other problems etc
have recently come across speculations about 'rebirth' of 'eugenics' (it was popular around the time of Nazi Germany) or such tho??
and genetically modified soy was apparently shown to influence/reduce future generations...

There's action against GMO products in Walmart... (or at least for safe labelling) You guys over there might wanna take a look?
