Yes, I know.

You don't want to hear it because you want to be able to eat whatever you want and stay at home watching tv whenever you want.

But considering how my life CHANGED since I made the effort to change my diet and life habits...

I just HAVE to post a thread about food and sport.

How diet impact anxiety and mood swings

I'll stop here since I'm convinced everyone will just assume it won't work for them. You're missing out something

I have dieted many times and ate healthier and I did feel better about life and stuff when that happened. I just don't have the motivation to keep it up. I know that it does make you feel a hell of a lot better.

Thank you, this is just what I need at the moment, I really want to finally get over my depression. I've started taking vitamin D since you mentioned it a few posts ago :)

Take it with Omega 3 too, it's really efficient. I hope you get better soon :)

I'm yet to try a different diet, but I have noticed I feel so much better after a good gym session, doesn't last though >.>
