Brainfog and lightheadedness

Yes, I do. It makes it very hard to concentrate and take in everything that's going on around me. I can't see things clearly even though I have 20/20 vision. The problem is that it's almost constant for me. Any idea what causes this? I experience this even when I am not anxious so I think maybe it is a health condition or simply a lack of vitamins.

Nope, I have a wide variety of symptoms, that fit into a whole lot of different deficiencies and illnesses.

Wether it's simply depression and anxiety or some health problem like iron/vitamin deficiency, sleep problem, thyroid problem, allergy to gluten, whatever.... God only knows.

The more you read on the internet, the more it could be.

Have you had a checkup at the doctor?

I have anemia (iron deficiency) so I am used to the lightheadedness and constant headaches. I'm always confused too. I don't have that many vitamins in my body so it's very weak.

I have brain fog very often. I eat healthily, take vitamins and drink lots of water so I attribute it to being on the computer too long. It makes me feel like I'm in a video game when I step out into the real world. Everything feels hazy and fuzzy, as if I'm in a dream. I also feel like I'm not engaged with the world, like I'm disconnected from everything and experiencing life from a third person perspective. It makes it difficult to make conversation, think on my feet and react quickly and appropriately to things.

As of this summer I'm going to make a conscious effort to get out more. I have a feeling the brain fog will lessen the more I interact with the world.

I work at a computer a lot too. Maybe it's related to some sort of mental fatigue that occurs when spending too much time at a computer.

Yeah, getting out of the door, interacting a bit with people, definately helps.
