Hi i just wanted to say i think a show i've been watching has been making me feel extra anxious and paranoid. I know shows don't effect everyone, but for me if i'm watching a show i begin to think about it outside the show. I don't act it out, but i think of those negative things that could happen. I'm going to watch more positive shows now, and movies that aren't too scary, suspenseful, etc. like i've been doing. It's ironic since i write about these things but the plan is to not watch them as much, but anyway if you watch suspenseful shows just to do it in small doses if you feel it would help. This is kind of obvious but idk i felt like writing this just in case it affects other ppl on here.
