How would you rate your anxiety on a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest) among the different people that you know? For me it would go something like this:
Family - 1
Friends - 2-4 (depends on how I'm feeling and where we are)
People I Somewhat Know - 6-10 (depends on where we are mostly because at such high levels whatever I'm feeling just turns into fear)
People I Don't Know At All - 8
To get rid of the anxiety, all of these should go down to 1. But which one do you work on? And how do you work on them? Do you keep talking to people that you don't know over and over again until it doesn't bother you anymore? Or do you work on the people that aren't so high so that you have as many 1's as possible for a place to work off of?
