hello,

Some may find angry / sad rock / grunge music toxic or unhealthy. Sometimes they are. Other times, they just mirror exactly how you feel and can be helpful.

I may not ever run out of angry rock songs to post, but i will start with my favorites. Looking forward to hearing your favorites as I don't think i'll tire of them.
