You're welcome.Mikey; my (greek-australian)boyfriend is currently in Sydney! But he didn´t send me any photos of any fireworks, so thank you ...![]()
Maybe it's just me. (yeah dude, it is) But, I don't like watching the count down and fireworks......all of those people cheering and having fun. It just makes me realize how lonely and pathetic I really am.
Nathalia said it best, but I hope you find some happiness in 2013.Maybe it's just me. (yeah dude, it is) But, I don't like watching the count down and fireworks......all of those people cheering and having fun. It just makes me realize how lonely and pathetic I really am.
That sounds wonderful. :thumbup:I took a walk at midnight, bringing a glass of champagne. Even though I´ve been depressed all day, I was actually glad to see the fireworks and several people greeded me with a "happy new year". (Okay I got a little nervous when random people spoke to me on the street, but still it was kinda sweet)

Go for it, man. Light exercise is great for the body. Thanks Nathalia and MikeyC! I would quote you both but I don't know how to insert two quotes. I hope you guys have a wonderful New Year as well. I'll probably take a long walk later tonight. I need the exercise.

This is going to be cheesy advice, but I believe it's true, you have to find ways to start joy from with in and not look for things to give you joy.
