    I am driven. To explore the bush looking for plants. Very different to the anxious me. I was about in the bush everyday on the my 3 day weekend.

    Nine hour off trail bushwalk, had to climb a ladder up a small cliff. Couldn't climb steps after my stroke.

    Been doing some off trail bushwalks. First run for 10 days last 5km was 29:14.

    I have another work get together in Oct, 2 days away with strangers.I feel different to last year when I saw it is a challenge to face. I am less enthusiastic about backing a year later to face the same challenge. Quitting while I am ahead is a, better strategy for me.

    Yay. I got the date for my halter monitor appt wrong. So I can go bushwalking, not wear a monitor for 2 days without being able to shower.

    Still running. Did 27:05 for 5km then a 10km race the next day, in 60:09, which was pedestrian. The stroke has slowed me down.

    How are you feeling?

    Motivated to go long off trail walks looking for plants. I get out once or twice on the weekend. Lots of things flowering including orchids.

    You can never fix anxiety. It is a part of everyone. Maybe one day it will be anxiety, not paralysing social anxiety.
