Absolutely not, but you can trust that you get the "connection untrusted" warning almost every time you try to open a page by its IP address, rather than it's domain name. That's how the add-on works. It records the IP addresses of sites you go to and saves them, so you can get there even if The Man blocks the domain name.
You know what superfluouslyyou need? A Firefox add-on that completely sidesteps SOPA.
