    Bad luck with the knee injury, Replica. Hope it mends quickly. My training runs are all at a comfortable pace, so you'd keep up. Might catch up at a fun run later this year?

    Replica, so maybe the 25th is not so good for a run for you? I'll be running at about 7:00 am, starting at the big car park, before visting family. 26th I'm doing an evening 8km race with the WA Masters. I doubt you're a master though. Lol.

    Cheers Replica. I think consistent injury free running miles are the key. I started running consistent sub 4 fours when I peaked at about 60-80km/week. I race a lot over these distances which is the best speed work. Longer reps and progression runs are what work for me, plus 25 and 16km long runs.

    Nice run in the City to Surf. Good luck with those triathlons. I can barely swim, so they are not for me. I ran in Sydney's City to Surf this year. I also thought of coming to Perth and doing the C2S Half Marathon, my sister lives in Perth, so it would be good to visit.

    Greetings replica. So you went in Perth's City to Surf? How did you go? I'm pretty obsessed with running. Have done about 7 half marathons. I'm building up to a marathon next year. Been injured and unable to run for a week now. Its the pits.

    Possible, Australia is a lot bigger then Belgium. xD A Nissan GT-R ? That's crazy, that's around €100.000 !:eek: If you would ever give €100.000 to a car I think a Corvette ZR-1 would be better fitting.:)(Sorry Nissan)

    Yeah, It's the Twin Turbo version. It was standard 282 PK, but he went to a chiptuning garage and made 318 of it. He wants to respray it in a while, cause in some places the paint is going off.(Paint is over 7 years.) I've driving this one and a Volkswagen Polo, the Polo is not that difficult, but in this one, I can't drive like sh*t..:) My dad had before this one a Nissan Primera wich was pretty good, but slow.::p: I would say, if u want to buy one, do it fast before they run out, here in Belgium are only 4 more(Z32's) for sale, including this one.
