  • That is good, I'll always have my old music and sometimes I still listen to it sometimes haha

    I'm feeling good, thanks.
I'm sorry you're feeling bad *hugs* Hope you feel better soon. And anyway it's not pathetic. I've been there, with no motivation at all, doing nothing all day. The only thing I can say is that things get better. Just do your best and don't give up :)
Yeah, I know what you mean. You can feel some music and other stuff is just... different, it's not the same. I've been changing a lot through the last years of my life, and my music changed with me haha
Well, and how are you doing? :)
I wish someone in my family had introduced my in good music, they always listened to pop and stuff XD
I like metal, like Maiden, Priest, Sabbath, Metallica, etc., but tbh I'm quite classic when it comes to music. I like The Beatles, The Doors, Queen, AC/DC, Dylan, Cream, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana.... well, classic XD
Great selection you have here hahaha
Maiden has to be one of my favourite bands of all time :D
What other bands do you like?
Yeah, that one is hard XD
Hmmm Hallowed Be Thy Name, maybe, or Rime of the Ancient Mariner, or Dance of Death, I don't know XD
I also love their newer songs, like The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg or For the Greater Good of God

    What about you? :D
Iron Maiden in your avatar, in your signature, in the favourite lyrics thread.....
    YESSS! Up the Irons!!!! :D
The people in this forum are the smartest, the kindest, the most understanding and the most warm-hearted people I've ever met.
Thank you for your visitor message :)
Yeah usually it's really cold in November here in Iceland, but for the last 2 or 3 years it has becoming really warm its about the same +10 hehe snow is starting to be a rare thing around here haha :D
I see. Yeah, I think a good start would be talking to the school psychologist. I know it feels scary at first but I can almost guarantee that you will feel better afterwards.

No prob :) Absolutely you can contact me whenever you want!
Yeah, I think the school psychologist would be a good place to start! I had SA for a pretty long time, used to be self-help, but i think my case is quite severe, mostly its depression so thats why I should seek therapist help! hopefully things get better! :p ... how long have you been s/a for? I think this site is also quite good, people here seem to share same problem!
At first I found it a bit scary to contact a therapist but then I found this internet treatment. That was a good start for me. I had cognitive behavioral therapy. I recommend it! Search on the internet, you'll find loads of info.
Oh, that's tricky. I was lucky cuz' my parents understood and supported me. You probably have already told her this but try to make her listen that you suffer from this disorder and that she must take your problem seriously.

    Best wishes to you! :)
It used to pretty bad. It prevented me from living a normal life. Yes i've been diagnosed and went to therapy and it actually helped quite a lot!
Nope, not that i'm aware of.

How about you? Have you had some help?
There seem to be everyone from around the world here! :) I heard about Finland being a small country, but thats cute though. I also been having up and down, so maybe you're bipolar? I think thats bipolar. I havent been diagnose as SA too, but I know I have it, i'm planning to see a therapist, as I need help. Its about time really, since I had it for a very long time and its probably getting worst now! & im enjoying reading your post so far :)
