    I recently tried therapy, but stopped going. I feel guilty for not giving the therapist any sort of warning or goodbye, but that's usually how I deal with uncomfortable situations. No, I'm not on any medication. I'm glad yours works! Yeah, I'm sure many people get the wrong impression of me... so many horror stories of improper social etiquette.

    I know what you mean. Yes, I have SA, and it's always unpredictable. It's so difficult never knowing which kind of "you" you'll have. Usually, while talking to people in person, I'm so focused the fear of actually being in front of somebody that I'm completely clueless about the conversation, just wanting it to end as soon as possible. I'm very unforgiving towards myself, too.
    What exactly do you become self conscious about? Your appearance, what you might say...

    Yeah i used to worry about that too but I got over it after a while. Besides all my firneds and family already know about my OCD.

    Lol everyone has snow, we usually have snow in washington but not this year. I just want 1 day of it. And where do you work if you don't mind me asking, I think I'm close to finally finding a job myself.

    you should give buckethead a try, fair enough he wears a mask but dont let that put u off, lol. hes prob the best guitarist i ever heard. i know staind (pretty good) , i dont know the rest u mentioned. yes older pop music was great, 1000x times better than the rubbish out today.
    have u family liven in ireland at the moment. my 2nd name is o neill. im sure theres quiet a few ppl with that name over there.

    yes i believe been bullied caused it, drugs mite nt have helped either. i was alright up to 18 or 19. only the last fews i realised there was sumthing wrong.

    i like alice in chains, nirvana, guns n roses (old band), fleetwood mac, buckethead (dont let the name fool ya, lol) how bout you ?

    yes the kid is amazing (yes, im jealous) lol. na i aint as bad a syd thank god , i was just given ya an example. i wanted (i was) to be outgoing, happy, confident, (free spirit) but i kinda turned out the opposite the last few years. i know why , i just have to somehow overcome it !! anyhow, ....... how are u doing ?? any news ??

    lmao, dont get me started ;) i wont shut up for the day. yer i love pink floyd and the doors. led zeppelin are brill too. i was actually reading some of jim morrisons quotes earlier, the guy was extremely intelligent and new how people should live their lifes!! he was my idol few yrs ago , but somewhere along the line i got lost and ended up been the opposite to what i wanted to be. lol. now i feel like syd barret from pink floyd. (im guessing u new his story).
