Maybe not use it to your advantage. I misspoke. But, we may be able to succeed anyway. Plenty of people have, that doesn't help me at the moment but it's nice to know. I guess the main thing is to push forward and exploit your strengths as much as you can.

I hope you're feeling better. I'm in the same boat! Funny that you should mention your mother, everyone in my family denies their mental illness. But, I've finally figured out where I inherited what. Not that anyone around here would ever admit to anything! What a miserable lot..........

So, we're screwed up and both hate it. Does that mean we are doomed to have an unsuccessful and happy life? Look at Hollywood, they're all neurotic and wealthy. I also hear that a significant percent of Psychologists and Psychiatrists have mental health problems. It seems some neurotics are using their issue to their advantage. Maybe we can too?

It's a prestigious University, so it is definitely legitimate. But, how do they work the GPA issue? That would be my main concern.

I'm not sure if this would work for you but the University of Wisconsin is going to offer a "classless degree" next fall. You just have to take a number of competency tests online from the convenience of your home. No online classes either. I don't know the cost yet, I don't think the University has put forth a price.

It's a tough call. But, I really think you need to see a therapist. I'm not a big fan of how the government treats its military. Maybe the military would help but it could also make you feel worse.
