It was unproffesional and i didn't like the way they conducted it, i mean the interview was in a little office which was just a small section that had been boarded off in the staff canteen, and you could hear every word the person being interviewed was saying...Wrong in my opinion. The man who was before me was talking about how he'd had 30 years experience and his interview must have lasted 30 minutes whereas mine was only 10 minutes so it doesn't look good. I went to such an effort to get ready and made sure i looked good in my suit and i wonder why the hell i bothered. Anyway they need someone confident obviously to deal with thieves etc and he asked me if i was confident and i lied saying that i was (i don't think he believed me though) and the pay is shit anyway.
