  • you can see your progress through your clothes? but like short term? i could never tell if im losing weight through my clothing cause sometimes i lose like 3 kg and the clothes feels the same xD, i rather weighting myself even though i can get depressed because i realize im not losing as much as i would like. So yeah i weight myself everyday because i cant help it, the couriosity kills me every morning lol so i have to do it. Well not eating when you are bored its a very hard thing to do, try to fill up your time as much as you can, and have some will power, think about how good its going to feel after you lose the weight you want to lose and to look right the way you want to look, try to look encouraging in that. Also if you eat because you are bored, then eat low calories thing like yougurt and stuff, so you can feel like you are filling you time without gaining too many calories.
    yes I think it was a joke about caffeine, but it was so unfunny that my mind seemed to have abandoned it completely.
    hey, sorry it took a while, lol i managed to eat right and actually lost about 1kg but the next day i ate a lot and gained it right back xD, so now im at 72kg and im trying to make it to 67kg, i dont really feel the need to eat after i exercise, the only time i want to eat is when im really bored xD wich happens a lot. Good job on walking 10 km! thats a lot, i think i couldnt jog 10 km yet, right im trying to jog 5km almost everyday to see if that works out, but the hardest for me is still the eating, there are sometimes i cant control it and start eating without even counting the calories, but i think i should be losing 5k in a month. So how was your day, have you lost any weight?
    Walking is fine, i think if you walk the same distance than when you jog you can burn half of the calories, thats still good. I still think 500 calories a day its too low lol, try eating at least 1000 cals daily even if you get depressed, it would be much healthier i think. Yeah weighting myself is a little scary for me too because if didnt lost has much has i wanted to i get depressed and i really dont wanna continue dieting anymore, but well you got to face the facts, i still try weighting myself at least once a week .
    The hardest for me is stop eating :( its really anoying, i dont have a problem with exercise but when it comes to eat less i really hate it because most days i have nothing to do and all i can do is eat to fill my time lol, actually i havent stop eating yet ill start tomorrow, hope i can do it cause i really dont remember how do i managed to do it last time :p. So how was your starting on a new page?
    yeah right now i need to lose about 6 kg too lol we can encourage each other, 1100 cals is too low i think, dont eat less than that, remember you dont wanna shot your metabolism down, 1000 cals should be good to go, also doing some exercise really helps like jogging and stuff, gl.

    Exactly how much weight are you trying to lose? you cant lose it too fast because once you start eating again you will gain it all back again, so you have to lose weight slowly, i'd say dont go faster than 1kg a week . You can increase your metabolism by doing exercise and by eating more, but if you are gonna eat more it has to be low calories food, you should find out how much calories do you need a day, its usually around 2000 depending if you are a girl or guy, then just eat 500 less everyday, and in a week you can see the results, DONT eat less 1000 calories in one day cause then your metabolism goes down.
