Ah you lucky fecker! I keep tryin' to get thru to my doctor for a referral to do classes but he's never there! I refuse to go on meds - i really dont believe a few pills will permanently get rid of somethin' I've had all my life - tis a load of ****e! CBT...is....well.... i can't really explain what it is!
Ah im dead proud o myself! Tell yur doc everything. Definitely ask to be referred for CBT if you can!!

mates are legends! im back from a night out now. Did pretty well i think- really focused on eye contact and holdin conversation with people- tryin to perfect it! go to the doctor- mine hadnt really got a clue what SA was- thought it was somethin minor- but your doctor should know since youre in tipp. Theres a cbt therapist in thurles- you shud get yur doc to refer ya- thats what im doin. Dont think he's takin anyone til after xmas. My mate had him for bipolar and now she's convinced she's cured.
Well we may get a lot of snow today..which I really don't mind. Coming down pretty good. Im doing okay..Im nice and cozy in the house. Im almost done Christmas shopping got one more gift to get. What are your Christmas plans? -
