I'm really glad to hear that ) and Im sure U will continue to improve. About me, I changed a lot too, since I took anti-depressant. I still feel insecure sometimes now and then, but now I enjoy life much better )

Sorry to hear that you are bipolar, I've been my own therapist for 5 years; I discovered my own disorders by myself; My parents never understood me, they never help me, so I become my own therapist... I just go with my psychiatrist once in a while to check how am I doing; I don't need a therapist because I learned by my own all the therapy... I hope the medication you are taking works good for you. Be strong, never down...

Also, I'm confused why are you taking Risperdal? It is an antipsychotic medication to treat schizophrenia or bipolar disorder... and Melatonin controls your sleep and wake cycles...

Hello Saskia, yes clonazepam is an addictive drug; My psychiatrist prescribed to me. I didn't ask for it. He did it because I was in high anxiety; so, he wanted to reduce my anxiety more effective. Question who's prescribing your medication a psychologist or a psychiatrist? get with a psychiatrist; psychologists they don't know about prescription drugs as psychiatrists do.

If your psych doesn't want you to be on clonazepam, maybe you don't need it but if you are experiencing high anxiety and you feel too much nervousness get with another psychiatrist.

If you are up to get with another psychiatrist, on the first appoinment have information about clonazepam, tell how do you feel and tell that you want to try clonazepam...

Note: Clonazepam is not addictive if you take it right; but if you take it without advise It will be addictive.

If you are suffering for depression another medicine has to be combine with clonazepam.

I agree I took zolof for 2 months before clonazepam; zolof made me feel more nervous and dizzy; I told my psychiatrist about it and he stopped and put me on paxil and clonazepam.

And yes, great idea, I like the idea Sassy; We can work on a song... you can be the vocalist and I can do the sound and beats... With my music song creator program...

About the medications your taking I'll check for information; maybe It's not to treat SA.

Oh I almost forgot about the medication; I'm taking paxil (anti-dreppresant) and clonazepam (anti-anxiety). Those medications are the best ones that have been working for me. I start em on September 2010... I had been on 8 different medications before and they didn't work. Since I see a psychiatrist on september 2010, he prescribed me this 2 medications and I've been feeling so much better.

How the zodiac is going to change? So, we are not being aries next year? I haven't hear that but I like to be aries I talked to my kickboxer trainer on thursday; My trainer use dance music on the classes; So, I talked to her, I told her I'm making a Dance mixtape, Therefore she can use it on her kickboxing classes; This weekend I'm working on the mixtape project... It will take me about 2 weeks to have it done I'm not a profetional DJ But I will; next year I'm starting my career. I'm going for Music production and recording arts.
