Everyone Needs To See This

Depression, Anxiety, and Panic Attacks are NOT signs of weakness, they are signs of trying to remain strong for far too long.

Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. Neither is talking about it. And we, as a society, need to talk about it more!

p.s: This is just for information.

Lack of empathy and understanding, i dont entirely blame them , tho. I'm going through an agoraphobia episode (i hope) and today i went out alone! to others it may seem as something you would do regularly, but not for me, i felt like ulisses on his odyssey haha. Hypervigilance is exhausting but i keep trying :)

Tho i felt vulnerable i woldnt say i was weak.

The mind is it's own place. It can make a heaven out of hell, or a hell out of heaven.

Mental illness is a hidden illness. Have a stroke and people rally around. Suffer from anxiety and the same people won't believe you, they call you lazy and weird, and a bunch of other labels criticising my mental capacity and even sexual preference.
