Social anxiety and loneliness.

I work full time which helps me to take my mind off things and keeps me going but this week i'm off until next Monday and i'm already bored and getting depressed. I didn't want this week off but our boss said all our holiday had to be booked by a certain time and this week was the only time available so i had to take it.

How can i keep myself busy and not go crazy? Seriously, i've even considered calling in and asking if i can come back early. I don't think i'd be allowed though. I'm going to meet up with a friend tomorrow but apart from that i'm not doing anything and i hate it. I've got nobody else to hang out out with.

I feel very much the same. SP is so lonely lol it sucks.
I have a couple of people to hang with too, but often find everyone/everything completely boring. It's like being stuck in an apathetic rut.
It's good that your work provides some relief, but try and establish some hobbies or interests outside of this to prevent this boredom. Just try new stuff, you might find a lifelong passion if you keep looking.
You could even go on a daytrip/small holiday somewhere if you have the money. Climb a hill, go to the beach/snow, do some shopping in a city idk this is the type of stuff I try and do to amuse myself for the days off.

This is a really good idea, and I will hopefully do the same.

SmileMore, just because nothing's planned, doesn't mean you have to do nothing. ;)

Let's hang out! :D

Yeah like sahxox said, I know it's not as fun without someone else but getting out and doing things alone is better than sitting at home doing nothing. Are you into reading? You could use this time to get a LOT of reading done :D

write a blog, take photos, explore, sit on a headland or lookout and admire the view, exercise, write poems, run, attract and feed the birds in your garden, go for weekend drives, pick up a musical instrument, create your own music with software, read, paint, draw, sing, dance.

I'd go running or something but i feel like people will look at me. It's a struggle just to walk my dog because i'm paranoid about being looked at.
