Things that horrify you during childhood

I don't remember being afraid of anything I've watched on TV, but I was terrified of certain songs. It was weird.

I remember 'The Candyman' i was really afraid of.. And the thought of saying the name 5 times in a mirror Lol

But some other horror movies didn't scare me that much. Maybe the fact that you have something that you "can try at home" as a dare is what makes it scary and feel real.

Candyman trailer - YouTube

also probably anything with mirrors can be scary

I used to watch this movie all the time as a small child. I'm told that I really enjoyed the movie and begged to watch it. lol Must be why I love scary movies now haha

Yep
Watership was a classic for 1975
Liked it when I was little.
The mental bunnies are the doctors, recruiters, lawyers, just there to 'bring you down' and prevent you from living your life

My little niece got one for Christmas and left it at our house. I used to wrap this thing up in a blanket and throw it in the back of the closet.

I never been a big fan of dolls, dolls freaked me out as a child too. I still think they're a bit creepy.

The show "Unsolved Mysteries." I remember having to leave the room if that show came on. They would do things like show someone's last known photograph and it would be this really grainy photo that for some reason was scare the bejesus out of me. I don't like grainy newspaper photos especially when they are in connection with a murder mystery.
