Puerto Rican here. I was born and raised in the US though. So for better or worse I've been Americanized. My spanish is also unfortunately rusty since I don't get to use it much. The majority of people I've known have been white.

Both my parents were born in Montevideo, Uruguay and came here to Southern California in '76 where I was born. Most of my family still lives in Uruguay.

Hmm, my parents and I moved here when I was 4... pretty much grew up here. I like rock, hamburgers and white girls ... I know more about American culture than I do about Latino... though I'm very proud and appreciative of my latino culture (it's very fun and 'social').
