I have constant negative thoughts going around my mind, so much so i can't concentrate. I am constantly thinking ''I have no confidence''...''I have no friends''.....''Why does my life have to be like this?!''

How do i stop the neverending thought loop?::(:

Well, I know my life sucks but I don't have those thoughts so hard, just now and then. Just do what you like doing, for me that's gaming and music.

I, know what you mean it’s tough but you seem like a nice person and you’re great at making spoons. It is so easy to see the good in others, but you got to acknowledge these things yourself, sometimes it takes others to point it out to you, but that’s only productive if you accept it.

Never blame yourself for that. You cannot help this!!
You should just give yourself a break from these thoughts.
And just let them go.
peace........... that's what you need!!!! For yourself ;)
and just relax.. do something u like.. and dont think negative .. cuz it will only make urself feel bad.. and thats not worth it right?
I wish you the best :)

If you've the time, you can try doing a lot of exercises. Jogging especially. Or swim, if you're into that... You've to do some activity to take your mind away from it.

You seem to be interested in cars and you even own a Lotus Seven. Have you ever considered going to a car club or a meetup for car enthusiasts? :)

My shrink always says that negative thoughts aren't constructive at all, and she's right. You shouldn't waste time tearing yourself down.

Best of luck in life friend.

I also agree with the exercise thing. If you hate exercising, force yourself to go on a bikeride/jog/even a walk.. Jogging I find is the most helpful though. Circulation is important, and it's almost impossible to be sad with endorphins in your system.

I agree with exercise. It's the only thing that helps me when I'm swamped with negative thoughts. The speed of cycling along seems to make the thoughts have less impact and easier to cope with.

The other thing I do to try to get rid of negative thoughts is to think "stop". I also do a long blink to re-enforce it. This technique takes a while to become affective, and I was pretty fed up with the word stop, but it worked eventually.
