1) Have a bath.
2) Listen to happy music!
3) Tidy up, lmao!
4) Exercise
5) Have an alcoholic drink! :D

2. get outdoors - hiking, cycling, kayaking, skiing, etc.

4. workout - rowing is my favorite

Well, that is well known to relieve stress. Not something you should roll your eyes at, or frown upon ::p:

1. watch corner gas/always sunny/curb yr enthsm/mighty boosh/fresh prince
2. listen to music/walking
3. basketball/love the nba
4. draw/paint
5. corona beer helps! (dont like alcohol but corona is an exception)

green tea is awsome for relaxation as well..its very refreshing.

Really the only time I get anxious/nervous is when I am in a sitaution where I have to talk to people I know....so church, in-laws, parties, etc. And I feel a lot more comfortable when my hubby is around.

Well, when im outside i get really bad anxiety/panic attacks so il list the stuff that helps me then.

1) Kissing my bf, focusing on him even if its play fighting and messing about.
2) Breathing lol thinking of a calm place.
3) Directing pain somewhere else, even if its just pinching myself lightly.
4) Sex before going out and making sure i orgasm makes me relaxed, helps a hella of a lot.
5) Doing things quickly, no time wasting about.
