I'm not sure what I did wrong. It was for a hostess job I wanted to do during college. I was in and out in 5 minutes! I don't know what went wrong lol... anyone else have an interview for less than 5 mins??

I didn't have an interview that only lasted five minutes but my worse interview ever was when the interviewer started thinking out loud during the interview and telling herself how she had to keep looking until she found somebody good. It was as if she forgot I was in the room with her. I knew that would be the last I ever heard from her when I walked out of there.

A close second was when I had to come and interview at a company after hours. Me and the lady who was interviewing me were the only ones there. She seemed to be terrified for some reason (I'm a guy) and couldn't get me out of there soon enough. I could tell she wasn't even paying attention to my answers. Somebody else had set up the interview, I guess they didn't know she was scared of being by herself with a stranger. I didn't get that job either...lol

I had an interview that went on for 10+ minutes and it was the most awkward experience of my life. I got this interview for a job way out of my depth and I was interviewed by 2 guys at once and during the first few minutes I had a panic attack and the rest of the interview was me trying to calm down and telling them I was in the middle of having one.
So awkward... as you can imagine I did not get a call back :(

Broke out into a complete sweat in my 2nd interview ever. Helped perpetuate the fear for the last 6+ years and there was one other interview when I broke out in a complete sweat.

Thankfully, it hasn't hindered my career as I have a good title making $160K+ per year at 27. I say this because at the time I felt so defeated.
