Who are your most successful friends?

A married couple of the same age who were at uni when I was, who I lived in a house with, who got together with big British & Indian families with background upbringings in New York and Gibraltar, with two daughters, making me feel envious, especially the father's occupation in automation with a German company which deals with every vertical market on the globe - parking. I got to use his free pass on holiday via Heathrow airport. We haven't spoke to since 1998, and started work before I graduated, and about to finish another degree...

They even have attributes of ugliness

As the thought came to me, on waking from sleep, I feel an obligation to meet and provide them with even a better reason to feel better off about life, as I explain my status. Not sure if that would be practical or gainful for them, or if I'm up to it. The family name is about superheroes

My aspirations will never die. I have to penetrate the social barrier of gloom

No idea who are the most successful people I used to know now. Eight years back I cut off the last source from my past. Never looked back. I am not even a member of my school alumnai.

A friend who works as a software engineer at an IT company, a friend who works at Wells Fargo and has a happy social life (judging from her facebook pics), a friend who's at law school and interning abroad, 2 people-loving friends who're teaching English abroad.

One of my friends owns his own business, is going to start a new one in the next month or so, and has lots of his own friends. He is doing very well for himself.

One of his friends is doing even better, but he was lucky and born into a rich family and is working for his father, earning lots of money.

They are my most successful friends.
