Where I currently live I can't have pets. I'm really an animal lover so it sucks not having a dog or a cat around. I enjoy having something to take care of. So I thought I'll buy a nice indoor plant. I was driving back home with it and (gawd I laugh at the most stupid things ) started laughing at me and my pet plant.. I mean, what can I do with it? Playing fetch? I'll be doing all the work, I could take it for a walk down the park and throw the Frisbee to it but I might get a few strange looks.. Sit it on the couch next to me at night and watch a movie.. I need to find a name for it too. I already have Wilson - the actual volley ball with the red hand print from the castaway movie - so I guess it'll be the three of us.

The old neopets website was actually originally designed for college kids and people who lived in places that couldnt have pets. The nthe kids found it and took over and the site went downhill

what was my point?

oh yeah, you could look into virtual pet options if the plant doesnt quite meet the itch, or befriend some local strays who'll swing by and visit when suits them. Or make a pet rock and play fetch by throwing him (or her)
