What's Your Best Time Of The Day?

Mine is the in the morning (yes, I'm one of those hated morning people who are happy when others are still trying to wake up...lol). This is when nothing has gone wrong yet and I'm full of hope. This usually lasts until I've had my first encounter that triggers my SA then it's usually downhill from there as I obsess over the latest stupid thing I have done. I try to tell myself that nobody is making as big a deal over my awkwardness as I am. Some days I am successful at convincing myself and some days, not so much.

At one stage in my life I called myself a middle of the day person.

But last year I put in some effort to be up at 5:30 in the morning, and I would love to do that more often. While all the other people are still asleep or waking up I can do things alone.

7am

Best when a nurse comes thru the door with breakfast and the tummy muscles get me upright with wide eyes at 'em. More verve than any other patient, with a quick sprint around the ward before eating breakfast

9 pm - 1 am is when I feel lighter, more relaxed, more creative... I get art work done easier

None really. Wherever I am in time or space, the pain is with me. Unless I take some pills, which doesn´t even always work well.

But I always better liked afternoons/evenings than mornings.

The early-middle portion of my day, assuming I got an ok nights sleep (if not, no part of the day is good.) Once I wake up post alarm clock drowsiness until the point of the day where I feel I like there's too little left in the day to accomplish anything. So when I feel like my day is still full of potential, and I have the attitude/energy to capitalize on it
