It's hard to feel no motivation to get yourself out there, just think of something what could boost ur motivation up, something you would actually enjoy. Go for a simple walk and figure out what you want.
Think about it, I know this might sound even too hard to try, but it's worth a try. I also have moments that I feel like doing nothing, It s*cks. But there are 3 options:
-Do completely nothing, waste time and feel dissapointed because u ain't motivated.
-Reach some small victories, like going for a walk, go cycling, reading a book, doing some work, or just anything you'd like to achieve.
-Do A lot, and feel totally different , you're in another position
but still.. You did post this thread because you want to do something about it right, I know motivation is hard to increase, but where there's a will, there's a way
