Recreating the Emerald Shrine from Sonic the Hedgehog.

I'm going to attempt to put it in TeS - Oblivion with some (simple) crossover storyline which allow you to collect the 7 Emeralds scattered around Cyrodiil. Each will be equipable, and will add an overpowering amount of skill points.

Hope this works. And I also hope this won't be another another failure like my Temple of Time mod was. Fingers crossed.
