Well... I'm not doing much at the moment, but earlier I went by the library and checked out some books on anxiety management and communication. If I can stop getting distracted it might be good for me to read or get some exercise like I've been saying I'd be doing for a few days now.
...that's it, I'm going for a short run outside. I don't care if it's 103 today, I feel fine and I'll be back here in the AC when I get back. I can't keep doing this to myself.
I'm going to run and read at least a chapter of this stress and anxiety management book when I get back. I'll talk to you guys later and hopefully let you know how it goes.
