well, i'm not so concerned about the folks who walk up here from the yacht harbor - they're all wearing Sperry's or some other waterproof boat shoe

it's the Ferrari-driving crowd in their italian leather driving moccasins that i'm worried about

Okayyy that was unexpected, is it the tail of a hurricane or something? Or the hurricane itself? I was waiting for it outside, now I look like I just had a shower with all my clothes on

It actually rained today. I could hardly believe my eyes, yes water actually fell from the sky. And if I dare believe the Bureau of mediocrity it may rain on and off for the next week.
