stop focusing on how unfair their behaviour is and taking it personally. i know that's difficult to do when you're in a confrontation but you need to work out a technique which will stop you from reacting defensively and feeling hurt, or feeling scared. Then you can put yourself in the right mind set to confront the person because you can percieve them however you like.. realise that they're not as powerful as they act which'll give you confidence to confront them
