Does anyone else experience this?
It's like my voice has two moduses. One is when I'm feeling relaxed, the voice is deep, normal, confident. Then sometimes when I'm really tired or stressed or anxious, my voice becomes so strained, like it almost hurts to speak. The voice sounds really weak and I can't find the right words, I spit them out or really struggle. I feel like I have a weak old man's voice sometimes. I also need to clear my throat a lot.
Could this be caused by my breathing not being okay? Or me not talking a lot, thus not training my vocal chords? Is it anxiety or fatigue? Something with my throat or sinus?
This also probably causes people not to understand me properly at times, which is really frustrating.
