i can hardly believe im nearly 36 and i'm still doing this social phobia thing!

the only thing thats changed is that my worlds got smaller!

yeah I'm same age group and been fighting since I dont know when, I seem to have good periods and bad periods lasting years at a time, because of circumstance (i.e. injury) I've hit a real bad patch again

remus, do you find that as your kids get older and need you less...that your will to live gets weaker? i really wonder if i can last out another 5 years like this..dont want to be negative but...i'm really struggling to find reasons to carry on you know?

because of my injury it has been a struggle to get out, the couple of freinds I do have live far away and so I see them rarely, it makes you pretty despondant
