social phobia easily treatable ?

My psychiatrist says social phobia is easily treatable, but why then there are so many people complain here everyday, and don't get better

also depends on the willingness of some to see professional help about it. Some will, others wont.

It is easy in most cases, but the issue is that SA usually removes all or most of your motivation and without motivation even the simplest of taks can be daunting.

From what I've seen, most of us here do not suffer from just SA alone. Most have one or two other conditions, some more. I have five! Sometimes SA can be a symptom of much worse conditions.
