Hey all,
I'm sure im not the first that is slightly overweight here, but for me I could lose ten pounds and I would look great, except my face is where I still feel fat, and it's chubby obviously, so to get rid of it I would have to lose around 25 lbs which is still a healthy amount of weight within the BMI guidelines. Should I learn to accept myself for how I look or just start going to the gym which I have the motivation for?. I have been trying to accept this for 6-7 years now, I have tried and failed with working out but I am not giving up now and I need some insight. What do you guys think?. Please, no negatives. I am 6"2 and 170 lbs, and my BMI goes as low as 149, and I was already as low as 156 lbs before but it went back up because I didn't diet properly, and I was happy at that level..
