This... except I'd substitute the matches for axe or the radio. Edit: Originally said flares, but realized that was also included.

Yeah ammo too but then its too many items

To be honest you could use the axe as a weapon, but the gun would be nice to hunt/kill for food.

All that is needed for survival. I would find my water on the island, it's a jungle after all.

Katana for protection,I think it would last longer than a gun

rifle,which would only be used if there was a really big animal like the size of buffalo or bigger and only for defence

Are you going to eat raw meat (fish)? Or do you rely on the mirror?

Binoculars - good idea I didn't think about it. I personally would leave out the first aid kit, what's so important in there.. you're rather going to die from thirst & hunger than anything else..

Binoculars - to watch out for ships/planes
Map of the Pacific Ocean - many reasons xD
First aid kit - Injuries obviously
Fishing line and tackle - limitless supply of fish
2 paddles - to get out of there if there are no ships/planes
30m nylon rope - never know what you need rope for, very useful
Spare sail - to make a boat :D
Box of emergency rations - Food to last
Box of matches - to signal, make campfires etc.
Small axe - cut up wood and make a boat :p

I really got into answering this question lol, so I imagined it was really happening and rushed choosing & ended up with these XD

I don't know.. I'm no expert In survival or anything :D But I imagine it's quite easy to get infections and stuff if your run down and end up with some sort of wound. Not to mention some stuff like colds and Diarrhea could easily kill you In situations like that so if it has any medication it would be worth taking.

Anyway I would take
Small axe- for chopping wood. Building shelter and protection.
Mirror- could maybe use this to signal a passing ship or plane
Binoculars- good for scouting out areas and if the sun is strong enough making fires
tarpaulin- Shelter and for keeping stuff like flares and matches dry
Nylon rope- All round useful
First Aid Kit
Fishing line and bait
Cooking pot- to well cook and to boil water to make it safe to drink
Matches- as a back up in case all the wood is too damp to make a fire
Flares- to signal with or if your with someone else you could use them if you got separated
