Pacific Islander? Where are you from?

I was born in American Samoa, my mother is a full blooded Cook Islander, my dad is English-Australian. I suppose Pacific Islanders are dark-skinned so could come under black, sort of? But not really. Islanders are a race all on their own I think. Ah all those forgotten people on their little islands!
