I mean, what does it cost you to smile? Nothing. And it makes you feel better, too.

I can't understand people who want to infect the rest of the world with their bad feeling (although I can understand people who snap under the strain and lash out and then feel really terrible about it).

I figure they're getting paid less money than me to do a far worse job than me for long periods of time...the least I can do is smile at them and try to make my transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible.
