recent dreams about deceased mom

So the past 3 nights I've been having dreams about my mother and grandpa - both have been deceased for many years.

In the dreams, we've had 'chit-chat' like conversations, nothing really significant and they both looked healthy and happy -so I guess that's good.

I don't know much about dreams or even if they are significant or not. I don't practice any kind of religion and tend to keep an open mind & keep things simple in that aspect and as far as 'the afterlife' or psychics, etc., I have an open mind, but again, I don't know much about it.

I don't feel sad or depressed after the dreams so that's good.

Question is, does anyone know anything about this subject or if it simple is 'just a dream' ?

It happens from time to time. I still have dreams about relitives of mine that have passed on and its been a while as well. I never have understood to much about it either or why they would pop up in my dreams. I think it has to do you your subconscious mind. Maybe you did something or saw something that reminded you of them and so you dreamed of them.

^hmm...maybe there was something that triggered their though or reminded me of them - I can't think of anything right now, but it does sound plausible, thanks!

I think truf hit the nail on the head. i have this same thing happens with dreams of my long dead brother.

Its good that you dont feel sad from any of it .
