reasons to live for ..

Life is the greatest gift we could ever receive; although it has it's ups and downs and believe me I feel like I've had a lot more downs I believe it will get better, there is always hope you have to be strong, people may not understand what were going through or even care but we have a story to tell. You can't give up on life there is so much to it,there is so much to experience falling in love is the best feeling you will ever feel, giving life which I never have done but will someday is a miracle. Traveling the world seeing and trying new things. Fighting and saying strong through our hard times. We have to keep our head up we are here for a reason and there are many many reasons to live for even if you haven't discovered them yet

I can only think of reasons not to live...

Well, the only few things I like is to watch anime, read manga, a few video-games and metallica.

Lame and not enough to make me go through this hell we call life. Too painful.

If you're at the point where you have to look or ask for reasons to live, that means you're seriously depressed. That means you need to take care of the depression first. Trying to cure depression with hobbies or joyful things is rather like trying to cure a broken leg with band-aids.

I don't know when to quit::p:. I want to see this story through to the end, no moatter how bad or good the ending is. I don't like quitting halfway through something, unless it's completely terrible. My life hasn't hit that point yet, so I'm willing to live for a while longer.

Yeah, but if your your leg is also bleeding putting a band-aid on it isn't a bad idea though. It won't help the leg heal, but it will keep you from bleeding out. Fix the most immediate problem first and work your way toward the bigger issue.

Aparently (from what i've been reading), "pain" is due to one thing alone - being "separate" from our thoughts, feelings, experiences.
So, the sooner one (myself incl) bridges this massive divide, the better, i guess...

If you're lucky, you can find sth which can lift the depression, albeit temporarily (if there's anything left that still works .. there will always be a few, but the difficult part is finding them). And at best (unless you're bipolar) you'll just gain a bit of relief from the painful feelings of depression. So of course this way of dealing with it (diversion) is inadequate. The best way is to attack it at it's core (what causes it).

Music - as it's the only thing physically and mentally thats keeping me alive.

My Family/Friends - well to an extent if they appreciate me being around.

My Drawing skills.

And Hope, definetly plenty of Hope and Faith that things will get better with time.

cause shooting myself seems like a headache (ha...ha) i'd have to like figure out where i can get a gun or something, and then i'd have to figure out if i should leave a note and then what to write in the note and at the end of the day it's easier to just say **** it and wade through life's ****.
