Does anyone experience a relationship between these?
Personally my mood depends a lot on my work. Does it go well, am I productive, etc. then I feel great. Today was such a day. I'm an animator in training and I have lost the ability to draw well for a long time due to anxiety, fatigue and stress. This sounds strange.
For the first time in weeks I had a good day again and today I felt like I have actually accomplished something. What does this have to do with social anxiety, well, I can say a lot, because for me feeling useless and stagnating in life is what triggers my social anxiety. I avoid people because I don't want to talk about my life and how bad my achievements are.
I fear that tomorrow everything will go bad again though. Feeling stressed, angry, frustrated, not able to draw well, fearing for my future, worrying about the past and going to bed late feeling bummed out. Sadly it's like I can't influence it. I want to be in the flow, 100 % on creating and doing, and not thinking and worrying all the time.
Activity is a very good redemy for the blues.
