New guy from Scotland

Hi all. Thought I'd give another forum a try and see if it may help. I'm 36 and from Scotland. Suffer from a constant mild depression but had a huge case of it around 10 years ago and desperate to never get that bad again. I'm currently struggling and trying to keep my head above water. Not easy but still punching. Thanks for having me
