There is also an online chat through the google result Molly provided if phone calls are difficult. And if you don’t feel safe, go to an ER and they’ll admit you and help you. Or a prevention center if there is one near you. There are resources with people who care and want you to be ok.

Just reach out the same way as you did on this forum. I found calling free-phone numbers worked for me. A twenty minute chat can make the world seem a better place.
