Hey Basil, that is a great idea about everyone sharing a story about their experience with HH. I'll share one.
So I was in college, sitting in the middle of one of my health classes. For some reason I was sweating more than normal that day. I could see the sweat starting to get on my paper that I was taking notes on, causing the edge of the paper to curl up. Continuously I was trying to dry my hands off on my clothes and it just was not enough.
I was surrounded by other students, the teacher was giving a lesson, and I still had like 30 minutes to go before we got out. I couldn't focus on anything except how much I was sweating. I was about to have a panic attack so I decided to just get up and walk out of the class. I felt I had no other choice. Of course I felt uncomfortable doing that, but I had to get out of there.
Once I was out, I could calm down. I started walking the halls, and then went outside and walked around the quad. I felt too embarrassed to go back into the class and face the teacher and students, so I waited until the class was over before going back in to pick up my stuff.
That wasn't the only time I was uncomfortable in class because of HH, but it sure was one of the more memorable ones.
