Well I am 50% French, 25% English, and 25% Scottish.

My Dad said there might have been some hanky panky with an irish person on my french side...

But anyways that's good enough for me

I hate being Irish. Is it some sort of cruel joke from God that I can't tan? Heck, if i'm in the shade for 5 minutes I burn. What a ****ty trait to have. Combine it with S.A. and it sets you up for a life of fail.

You know what they say, "The grass is always greener on the other side". There have been many of times I wished I was white lol. Oh well, we are what we are for a reason.

Kilts are hot...just saying....::p: Lol! I went to a friend's wedding where all the men in the bridal party wore kilts, it was really nice looking.

My kid's father has aunts and cousins who still live in Ireland (his grandmother and grandfather came to the U.S. from there), and it's sad that we've lost touch with them. I'd like my kids to know more about where they came from, and maybe visit there sometime. I'm going to make more of an effort. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

Hopefully you can have a better, more positive outlook on your heritage. You'll never be happy with who you are if you continue to bash yourself like that and it's not very fair to the other people. It seems to me that, sometimes saying things like that puts doubts in others heads about themselves as well, not respectful.

Be happy you have beautifully white skin :)
