Is my yoga center trying to scam me?

I paid $500 for three months and they are advertising another two day self improvement session for $450. I am too embarassed to turn them down and it is causing me anxiety whenever i see them. Help please?

2 days for 450? You don´t have to buy it do you, or are they forcing you to? Definitely that would be foolish to pay such money just for 2 days, that´s a rip off.

That's too expensive. Even if I were rich I wouldn't pay for it unless it's like some extremely miraculous life changing improvement they're guaranteeing. Consider doing yoga at home. There are many yoga videos on youtube you can follow.

sounds like way too much to be spending, I think they are indeed ripping you off.
just get yerself a yoga home dvd and a mat from a relevant shop and do it all at home, much cheaper.
